Every home office should come with an off switch. The Haley computer armoire is exactly that: open the doors and a full workstation slides out to meet you, close them and the office disappears behind smooth, handle-free fronts in a warm wood grain. In between, it does an impressive amount of work for a single piece of furniture, which is why it has become one of our favorite answers to the question of how to hide a desk in a bedroom.
A Workstation in the Middle, Storage on Every Side
At 64 inches wide and 84 inches tall, the Haley is organized around a 31-inch-wide center workstation. A pull-out shelf brings the laptop or keyboard out to a comfortable working depth, a second pull-out below gives you a writing surface for notes, and a lower shelf keeps the printer close but out of sight. A shelf above holds books, files and a few personal touches. Beside the workstation, a tall storage tower adds adjustable shelves and two drawers for supplies, chargers and paperwork, and closed cabinets run across the top for anything you only need now and then. When the doors are closed, none of it shows. The Haley Computer Armoire is customizable in matte, wood-grain, mirrored, glossy or colored glass fronts with a wide choice of case finishes.
An Office That Moves with You
Like every Contempo Space piece, the Haley is freestanding, built with an engineered wood core and a thermally fused melamine finish, and delivered fully assembled. If you would rather keep an open desk set up all the time, our wall unit desks put the work surface on display with storage around it.
