I would like this wardrobe cabinet for a child's room that is very small. Could this be made to accommodate a hanging bar?

Unfortunately not since for the hanging of clothing, the minimum depth required exceeds this cabinets depth. However an alternative hanging solution in a shallower depth where the clothing is hung front to back instead of side to side can be customized.
