Can this pull down pneumatic hang rod be customized in a 36" wide rod?

This hang rod can not be customized to 36 inches. Please feel free to contact us and maybe we can come up with a different design solution for you.

Can you put a pull down rod in the Alta corner unit on both sides or at least one ?

Unfortunately that is not possible due to the widths and layout of that cabinet which does not allow it to work. Feel free to consult one of our furniture design consultants who can further assist if there is a particular storage issue you are trying to address.
