Sebastian Wall Unit in Black

Here are a couple photos of a recent delivery and setup we did in a customer’s home.

The Sebastian Wall Unit, like all of our entertainment furniture, is available in just about any combination of colors and wood tones imaginable. This one is shown in our exclusive ash matte finish with black fronts.

The flat screen television is of some typical size. You can see in the photo below that this wall unit is equally appropriate for TV’s quite a bit larger or smaller than this one.

Plenty of Storage in the Living Room – Finally!

When looking at the Sebastian, note that each front face conceals some kind of extra storage for your living room or TV room.

At the bottom are large storage drawers, while the left and right sides are tall doors, the full height of the unit, with adjustable shelves inside.

Above the TV are storage spaces with doors that open upward on pneumatic hinges. It’s a nice touch not generally seen on other entertainment furniture.

Entertainment Center > Floor (Case Study)

After a long, hot, dry summer maybe it seems like enough to be able to get together with the guys and root for your team.

Is it though?

After the notoriously weak summer season, TV sales start usually start slowly picking up in September, growing over the next several months.

With the weather cooling down, new seasons of shows starting and football season back in full force, people are upgrading their equipment so they can enjoy their TV time as much as possible.

Every TV Deserves a Home

What about a home for that TV though?

It’s not much of an upgrade to have a 50 inch flat screen sitting on the floor… or an old nightstand… or even a screw-it-together-yourself piece of particle board.

Case Study

We got 10 brave volunteers to watch regular half hour shows, first with the TV on the floor and then with the TV in the Sebastian wall unit.

The entertainment center was preferred 9 to 1!

9 of the subjects had a better experience with the entertainment center, while 1 was undecided. She had a really nice foof chair though.

Chrystie Entertainment Center – Her Many Faces

The Chrystie entertainment center has probably been our single most popular entertainment center over the years.

Maybe it’s the transitional look, that makes the Chrystie fit so well in so many different rooms. Perhaps it’s the multidimensional vibe that comes from having a couple different depths.

The mirrored backs? The glass shelves? The top lighting?

Could it be because we make it i wenge, black, white and a bunch of other finishes?
